ur historic office building, one of the oldest standing structures in Blue Ash, was built in 1847. It was relatively new when great grandfather H.J. Molloy founded our company in 1900! Many changes have occurred in the world and in our profession in the 100 years that have passed since that founding, but fourth generation president Dave Molloy shares the same dedication to quality that was insisted upon by our founder those many years ago. Don Molloy, president of the company for forty-two years, serves as chairman of the board of directors.

A number of systems our company used at the time of its founding are still used today, but many new systems have since been introduced. To maintain skills at peak levels, our staff is constantly retrained to be familiar with the latest systems, methods, materials, and safety techniques. This enables us to efficiently provide the answer to any and all roofing needs ranging from a minor repair to the largest replacement.

To assist us in maintaining the highest level of professionalism in our company, we have active memberships in the following excellent organizations: the Better Business Bureau, National Roofing Contractors Association, Ohio Roofing Contractors Association, Tri-state Roofers Association, Midwest Roofing Contractors Association, and Allied Construction Industries.
